Well this is exciting! Looks like my empennage kit is (or will be) in-production. With the rest of the tools on the way and slowly cleaning out the shipping container, I should be ready to inventory parts and start construction once it arrives.
The only sticking point is that’s right when my company’s annual retreat occurs. My partner and I might not be able to travel anyway since one of our cats is undergoing FIP treatment, but I would have to see if they can hold this at the shipping terminal until we’re back from traveling.
On the topic of the 40’ shipping container, it looks like I should be able to open up 15’ of it. Plenty for the empennage kit. However, I’m still unsure about the wing kit fitting in there. Hopefully my hangar becomes available by the end of the year.
