Managed to cut and bend another rib (C75-R-1 #3). It looks like it should be decent enough, but does have a slight bow to it just like the other rib. Unfortunately, the MDF form block I used ended up breaking when I tried the method HomebuiltHELP uses (hammering upwards). They can probably get away with that since they use hard wood in the video.
I’m thinking for the next one, I’ll grab another form block and use that as clamping support so I can hammer downwards. Partially to ensure no breakage, but to also try to flatten the part as best I can. I do have a scrap one that I cut a little short on…
