Made another rib! Tried to clamp it with some scrap wood and it worked out MUCH better. I didn’t have to keep adjusting and made for a much more uniform bend.
Still has a slight bow in it though, but I know other builders ended up with the same scratch building. Once I put together the skin, I’ll have to see how the rib sits and if I can get those nice straight rivet lines like from the factory.
