Slowly making progress on the first form block for the rudder! At least after gather a bunch more tools to make my life easier.
My process so far:

Use circular saw to do the rough cut.

Then, use a hacksaw to get closer to my lines.

Then, use the bench sander to really grind it down.
The next step will be to use a router to set up the proper radius.
While this works okay, I need to see if I can use a wood cutting router bit or something to really shave off wood faster. The current workflow is just a bit too slow. Otherwise, I’ll have to invest in a band saw.
