Managed to rough cut 4 more form blocks! The only one I didn’t do yet is the tip form block since it requires a curved cut.
My game plan is to get the form blocks all done first before jumping over to metal working. After the tip form block is done, the next steps will be:
- Sanding to the 90 degree shapes.
- Routing the radius along the edges
- Then sanding the correct angle…WITHOUT cutting into my radius this time.
